Nigel Thompson is a university-qualified podiatrist, a local Forster resident and a family man. With a four-year degree from the University of Western Sydney, Nigel's journey into healthcare began over two decades ago. In addition to his podiatry qualifications, Nigel has delved into complementary medicine, including acupuncture and musculoskeletal therapy with dry needling. He ran a sports injury and muscular therapy clinic in Victoria for almost 10 years, developing a keen interest in biomechanics and lower limb function. Nigel has also treated lower limb injuries alongside podiatrists at the Australian Institute of Sport. Since 2005, Nigel has provided podiatry services in the Great Lakes region. He is passionate about working in the multidisciplinary setting of Macintosh Lower Limb Clinic.
