At Macintosh Lower Limb Clinic in Forster, we prioritise the general treatment of feet as an integral part of our podiatry practice. Our philosophy is firmly grounded in the belief that prevention is superior to a cure. Recognising that your feet endure stress all day—through walking, running and being confined in tight-fitting shoes—we are dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy that addresses the root cause of foot issues.
We focus on evidence-based therapy to identify the cause of the issue and strive to eliminate the problem from its source. This proactive approach helps us in preventing recurring foot conditions and promotes long-term foot health for our clients throughout the Forster region.

A referral from a doctor is not necessary to receive treatment from a podiatrist. If you are a member of the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA), a doctor can write you a referral which will cover your treatment fees. There is also a Medicare initiative called the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, aimed at providing allied health services for people with a chronic or complex health condition. At Macintosh Lower Limb Clinic we bulk bill if your doctor refers you with an EPC.
Macintosh Lower Limb Clinic offers a comprehensive range of evidence-based treatments in podiatry.
